UK Shipping: Flat rate of £4
UK Shipping: Free for orders over £50
Local Delivery (Kensington & Chelsea only): Free of charge
Europe (including Switzerland): Flat rate of £9 / Free over £40
International (US, Canada, Australia, Middle East): Flat rate of £15 / Free over £90
Lebanon Shipping: Flat rate of £5

Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout.
Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect delivery details.

Customs & Import Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs delays, import taxes, or duties that may apply upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and vary depending on the destination country.

That said, if your parcel is held at customs, we’re always happy to assist by providing any documentation or information you may need to help release it.

Return & Refund Policy

To initiate a return, please email us at info@beirutboutique.co.uk with your order number.

Returns Eligibility

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unopened and in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on jewellery.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
A proof of postage is required for all returns.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.

Non-Refundable Situations

Delays caused by customs or postal services are not eligible for refunds.
If a parcel is refused by the recipient or returned due to non-payment of customs duties, shipping costs will not be refunded, and any return charges will be deducted from your refund.
If the item is lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the buyer, we are not liable for replacement or refund.
