Return & Refund Policy

To return an item please email us at info@beirutboutique.co.uk with the Order number

You can return an item up to 14 days if it has been unopened and comes in its original packaging

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not exchange or refund jewellery

The return shipping label is the responsibility of the buyer

The buyer will need to provide a proof of receipt in order to receive their refund

The refund will be issued in 10 business days after receiving the item back to the warehouse
