The sun is finally out (for how long, who knows?) but save these outdoor places before it's too late!

EUROPEAN - The Maine (6, Medici Courtyard, London W1S 1JY): I believe this restaurant is underrated, as we often overlook its unique terrace nestled in a pedestrian street, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The terrace is also covered, making it a great spot even if it unexpectedly starts to rain.
The menu truly has something for everyone—whether you’re craving fish, meat, or vegetarian options, you’re sure to find what you’re looking for. The food is consistently delicious, and we particularly recommend the steak, raw fish, and margaritas, as they are exceptionally well prepared.
We also visited for dinner, and the ambiance was completely different—more lavish and formal, yet equally enjoyable.
ITALIAN - Mucci (442 King's Rd, London SW10 0LQ): If you’re after a relaxed dining experience featuring high-quality ingredients and authentic Italian cuisine, this spot is a must-visit. Tucked away in a residential area, it’s a local favorite that never disappoints—whether you’re craving a classic pizza or exquisite Italian meat cuts, the diverse menu has something for everyone.
For a more refined atmosphere, we suggest visiting La Famiglia just a street away. It offers an indoor terrace, which can feel a bit enclosed at times, but the food is equally outstanding.
SUSHI - Kioku by Endo (6th Floor, The OWO, 2 Whitehall Pl, London SW1A 2BD): When Chef Endo opens a new restaurant, you know it’s going to be a hit—but when it comes with a rooftop, you’ve truly reached the pinnacle. If you're a fan of Omakase or exceptionally fresh sushi, this spot is a must-visit. While it’s on the pricier side, they do offer set menus during the day. The ambiance is nothing short of spectacular, and if you’re looking to continue your experience with more sake, head downstairs to Kioku's cozy sake bar.
MEAT - Wild Tavern (2 Elystan St, London SW3 3NS): This restaurant boasts a charming outdoor seating area, perfect for people-watching, as it’s set in the lively Chelsea Green. The food is good, with the meat and raw dishes being particularly recommendable. What truly sets this spot apart is the ambiance—it's an ideal choice when strolling around King’s Road and looking to soak up the sun while enjoying quality food. Although the prices might make you hesitate, sometimes it’s worth paying a bit more just to enjoy the atmosphere.
PUB - The Engineer (65 Gloucester Ave., Greater, London NW1 8JH): This hidden gem in Primrose Hill is well worth the trip. While the outdoor seating in front of the pub is inviting, step inside to discover a beautiful, sunny garden that feels both spacious and cozy. The food is nothing short of incredible, whether you’re stopping by for a Sunday lunch or exploring the equally enticing daily menu. The quality of the dishes is exceptional, and the service is flawless. If we lived nearby, this would undoubtedly become our regular spot.
GREEK - GAIA (50 Dover St, London W1S 4NY): Gaia in London is a place you either love or hate—but we absolutely love it. Every visit is a delight, thanks to the welcoming staff and consistently fresh, delicious food.
Recently, they’ve added some outdoor seating on the Dover Street side, which we think is a fantastic addition—outdoor dining options are often scarce in London. Now, you can finally enjoy your carpaccio al fresco in the sunshine—what more could you ask for?
