Is Beyond Fitness London worth it? Our honest review of the Fitzrovia reformer Pilates studio, including the workout, instructor, facilities and overall experience.

One of our recent stops was Nouva Pilates, a women-only studio tucked just off King’s Road, super practical if you're based in Chelsea or nearby. The studio is small but thoughtfully designed, with one room housing just 8 reformer beds. This setup gives the classes a semi-private feel, allowing for more individual attention from the instructor, which we always appreciate.

Pilates has quickly become the workout of the moment, but with new studios popping up every month, it can be hard to know which ones are truly worth it. After trying out many, we've narrowed it down to our top four favourites.
